When Your Kid’s Sick, Care Should Be Close to Home

Imagine this: Your kid spikes a fever at school. Instead of taking the whole day off to drive to Denver, you have a trusted doctor right in town. That’s the convenience and peace of mind our community needs.

A community-led group is working on a proposal to establish the Platte Canyon Health Service District to improve access to care in Northeast Park County. This proposed district aims to bring a sustainable, community-supported health district that ensures residents have local access to primary care, urgent care, mental health care and essential medical services closer to home.
